has anyone instaled the S/E engine oil cooler on a 06 S/G yet?
below the volt/reg looks like a great place for a rock to screw up a good ride.
any ideas for a better place to mount it? would above the volt/reg block to much air from the front cyl. ?

I have had one down there on a '93 for 65k miles. Been down probably 500 miles of gravel road also, and I have never had a rock ruin my day yet. Granted my FLSTC has a bigger fender, but there are rock chips down there on the motor and frame, so I still bet its safe.
Mounting it higher, it might hit the fender if the shocks bottom out on a bump.

I have the SE oil cooler on my 02 RK. 65K miles, had to replace the hoses about 5K ago. Other than that, no problemo.
