FXSTDSE Resurrection troubles

HELP !!!!
I have become the care taker of my late brother-in-law's sweet ride that had been sitting for the last 14 years. I have cleaned the gas tank, replaced the fuel pump, regulator, injector's. Gone over every wire connection, and factory alarm system seem's to be working correctly.
Turns over and has spark & oil pressure but seem's to have no signal to the injector's so no gas coming out of them.
What am I missing ?

It is a FXSTDSE WITH A 1550cc 2003 limited edition.

Maybe the rest of the gas in the tank is unusable and has clogged the fuel filter inside the tank or even the injectors are clogged. Disconnect the fuel line from the fuel rail of the throttle body, direct it into a jar and switch on the ignition. If there is not a short shot of fuel coming, the culprit should be traced inside the gas tank (fuel pump, filter, regulator) and if there is fuel inspect the injectors including the electrical pulsing.

I tested for spark by using spark plug test clamps that grounded out to the heads.
Have checked the fuel system by removing the fuel rail from the injector's. Fuel flowed very well, connected a momentary toggle switch to each injector while connected to the fuel rail and cranking the motor over. This gave me a very good fuel spray out of each one.
I have yet to see and voltage from the injector wire connections.

Hook up the components in question with different wires and if possible to a different battery not for too long just enough to see or read voltage and fuel pressure that will start your isolation journey to find the culprit possible fuel filter or fuel line blockage since it sat 14 yrs

The ECU on my 2004 Fatboy failed while it was parked for a year. In my case it stopped the injectors at anything over about 60 percent throttle. Luckily my Tuner was able to confirm on the Dyno that it was in fact the ECU before I forked out for a new one and he was able to convince Dynojet to let me Marry my existing Powervision to the replacement.
