Jake it is still moving along and the paint is almost over. The paint alone was a monumental undertaking on this bike. So much surface area.. Big flake is allot to deal with. The dash took time also. I'm trying but it isn't over til it's over... After paint there is a list of stuff to go. Custom pipes to make, wiring the dash, brake hoses to have made, clutch cable, clutch pack, lithium battery, wire tailights, titanium skid plates to install, nitrous solenoids plumbing and wiring. Tuning. Then dyno testing to get the thunderjet dialed in. Then jet the juice system and tune and a few other minor things..... So yah still a bunch..

It sounds like you are getting tired of the project and are ready to bail so I would be willing to trade my two lawn tractors and a log splitter for your bike that still needs a lot of work.

The whole bike is wild but just want to say that your sissy bar may be the best one I have ever seen. Ever.

Thanks I love the way that bar came out too. Yah it's just because the good weather is here and she's sitting on a bench. Hasn't been a booming year with work so if I have the time and not the funds that's irritating as well. But I'm still plugging away. The bike came off the road 11 months ago. My throttle hand is getting twitchy..

Yah those things are siliconed in and bolted tight. They have orange LED back light rings on them. At night they make the side light up pretty crazy

Dash is done just finishing up on last clearcoat. Staying on task even at midnight on Father's day...

Got the entire dash finished. All Autometer full sweep gauges, NOS switches, and the wind screen is done. That was another nice chunk of work down. Very tight spot to work. Time consuming project. Left the tach and speedo out so I could get in there plus through the front. The wires are run to where the NOS button is going and the full throttle switch is eventually going also. I love the look of the whole front end allot the dash came out great. It's slowly but surely getting there. Was nice to see lights and signs of life.

While the tins don't do much for me, I'm digging the orange/black much better than the green.

Sent from here to there.

Agreed, the orange is an intense contrast with the black. It works far better

OK it's pieces are all on and the look of the whole bike is now together. I know some of you may hate it.. But for me when I step back I'm loving everything about it. It's a very intense looking piece of machinery. I've never seen anything like it built. Even if if ain't your thing you can't deny there is allot going on there. And I can assure you many hours of hard work. It's f'ing wild as hell!

I like it....I think? You certainly put in a lot of work, and refreshing to see original ideas instead of another club style FXR "custom" build. Have you started it up yet???

Thank you.. No not yet it's still got a laundry list to finish. Just wanted to knock the dust off it and see all the tins on it for a finished look. I love it's got a long cool look about it

Wild and unique. Like any custom there are things I might have done differently but all-in-all you have every right to be proud of it. It is a functional work of art.
I want to see the nay-sayers bikes, haha!
