Turn signal grounding out?

I got a 2000 deuce im fooling with wired the rear lights up. So everything works fine with the key on accessory. I've noticed the turn signal don't work while I'm going down the road obviously with the bike running. Is it grounding out somewhere maybe due to the vibration or my weight on the bike most of the wires run right under the seat. Like I said all is good with the key on
