Spokane Creek Campground

Has anyone ever stayed here? It looks beautiful from the website, and is located in Keystone. We're looking for peace and quiet, not an all night party scene. My one concern is that it looks as if its pretty far from Sturgis. Thoughts?

We went to sturgis in 07 and stayed in rapid city, that was one of my concerns but in the end we found that we really did not spend that much time in sturgis anyway so the point was mute. Most of the time your riding anyway rushmore spearfish needles hway then of course we went to devils tower,so if you haven`t been before you will find the distance is really not that big a deal, have fun I know I want to go back if we can swing it..Tom.

Go for it! You'll head up to Sturgis probably once (been there, done that type of thing) and then find yourself amongst the best roads in the Black Hills.

Want to party all week, stay near Sturgis! I party my assoff at home. I go to the Black Hills for an awesome riding vacation.

Annie I don't know that campground but the location would be excellent. If you are going for the ride what you don't want is to have to drive through Sturgis to go other places. Sturgis is always a major traffic jam.

Hope this helps.

This will be our first trip to Sturgis. But we're just not the partiers we used to be in our 20's. We want to check out Main Street one night, and spend most of the rest of the time riding. There are no shortages of great rides to pick from. Thanks for the input.

Hey Annie.. Check out this link http://www.sturgiscampgrounds.com/ it lists a few places that may work for you. If you want quiet stay away from Glenco, Broken Spoke, Buffalo chip and look at places south of town or up in Spearfish.

You will have fun.
