Changing out the rear tire from the dunlop MT90B16 width 5.20 to the MU85B16 width of 5.51 will I need to space my pully?

I just put a Dunlop Elite III MU85 on the rear of my 03 Road Glide. It fits, but I had to remove the rubber drape and the aluminum trim strip from the belt guard. I just drilled out the rivets.

It is a little tight, but the belt does not rub the tire (when going forward). When I spun the wheel backwards, the belt moves in a little and barely touched the tire.

So.... You should not need to space the pully.

I love the Elite III 140 so far.
