chroming billet aluminum wheels

I have a pair of billet aluminum wheels that I would like chromed. Anyone have any suggestions. can it even be done? What should i look for in a plating operation?

There are all kinds of places that chrome aluminum motorcycle wheels. Search the web or look in mags. About $500 a set.

have them polshed and clear powdercoated,about the same price and you'llsave a couple of pounds.

aluminum is a perfect material to chrome. Make sure it is polished first.
