Rear Brake Caliper Problem

OK -- '02 Dyna Super Glide

Installed new tires and while I was at it I replaced bothe front and rear brake pads.

The rear caliper does not retract and the breke is dragging. The rotor gets so hot I can't touch it. Took the pads back out and reinstalled them last night and still the same thing. Last night I even took the screws out of the reservoir, pushed the pistions back in. When I applied the rear brake it does not release totally. There is no daylight between the pads and rotor.
I'm afraid I'll wrap the rotor (if not already)

Why would the caliper not release???

The brake piston seal is not pulling the piston back, you need to replace the seal.How many miles ?

What could cause that, dirt?
