aftermarket shock springs?

i recently got a pair of dyna convertible 13" adjustable shocks for my 2001 dyna low rider. the low riders stock shocks are 12". i put the 13" shocks on, and looks a lot taller, more clearance, when on the kick stand. now, when i sit on the bike, it sags pretty much to what my stock 12" shocks were. actually even feels lower? i adjusted them to the stiffest setting with my spanner wrench and still sags.

anyone know if i can just buy heavy duty after market springs to replace these old ones? i don't know what year the shocks came off of or how many miles were on them, i got them for free. they look as if in great shape. no rust cracks marks ect. the springs look like they're 2-2.25" in diameter.

also, if there are after market springs i can buy to swap, is it difficult to change the springs? will i need any special tools? any links to after market springs that will fit are much appreciated!

thanks in advance!
