21" wheel

I am going from the stock 18" front wheel to a 21" aftermarket on a 2011 street glide that has plenty pwr. will there be much change in handling at low or hi speeds? I have proportional lowing kits on both front and rear?

I've got an RC Components 21" wheel and didn't notice any handling issues at high or low speeds.

I've even removed my caliper/rotor from the right side to show some more wheel and have no stopping issues.

that's a nice bike. However I got both rotors to match. biggest percentage of stopping force is with the front wheel?
