Dyna front end and 16" wheel on a sportster???

Have an 07 sportster low and a set of triple trees and 49mm forks from a dyna. Will they fit? Will a 16" front wheel from a softail fit in a sportster with a mid-glide conversion or is the hub too wide? Ultimate goal is to get a sportster with a wider front end and a 16" wheel. Any issues with factory rake? thanks
