Front suspension upgrade worth it ?

I'm wondering what exactly they did to the 09's front suspension to improve it and if the new Progressive drop in cartridges would be worth it . Thoughts ?

As far as I know, they´ve swapped out the single cartridge system for a more conventional system with springs & open oil bath in both legs.
I own an ´09 FLHR.

I´m also interested in the progressive set-up, as I would like to lower the front; but only a little; not as much as the original HD lowering kit offers.
The bike handles fine though the oil could be a little thicker.

Cheers!

I'm loving my TRAXXION front end. Love it.

I have the old style progressive springs in my 07 FLHT and they made a huge difference to my bikes ground clearance with no more scrapping on corners or diving under brakes. I'm 100% satisfied with the springs as well as the progressive 416 shocks and the progressive stabilizer.

Thanks , I have a 09 FLHX with 430's on back . Bike rides good now with the air shocks gone , I am having trouble finding enough fault with the front to make me do all the dissembly needed to change components. Think I'll leave it for now .
