front brake noise

i replaced the front wheel bearnings on my 89flhs had a pad rubbing replaced the rotor and installed new pads .i now have a clacking noise on the front very loud at hwy speeds front brakes work great. took both calipers off and rotated the wheel no noise reinstalled the calipers and the noise came back still have good front brakes.

any help out there never had a problem like this

i checked the calipers and pads cant see the problem

That kind of noise would make me think that the brake pads are rattling around. Check to make sure that the pads were installed correctly and are firmly seated. Don't know if your model year has anti-rattle clips or not. Good luck...
