The fatbob clunk

When I first got the bike the front end made a clunk when going over small bumps. I changed the fork oil to 15 wt and noise quit. Yesterday put in a set of progressive springs and new 15 wt oil. Bike rides great but the clunk is back. I have checked the free fall and nothing appears loose. Other fatbobs seem to have same noise. Anybody out here really know suspensions? Sealer says its normal I call bs. Duane5157
