Extra Tire Warranty

When I purchased my 07 Electra Glide Classic I bought the extended 5 year warranty and the additional tire warranty. My question is I don't know what the extended tire warranty covers as my dealer says I have to pay a $50.00 co-pay for everything. I had the rear tire replaced under the two year warranty and it didnt cost anything. I thought by purchasing the extended tire plan it would be the same. Anybody know how it works. Also my Electra glide hits really hard on the bumps. My ultra used to be alot smoother. Anybody have the same problem?

the tire and wheel is no deductable....as far as the ride check the shocks...
