Tubeless front wheel on Wide Glide

I have been trying to find a tubeless spoked wheel application for my Glide (21 x 2.15), but two major spoked wheel manufacturers don't have them. Anyone know if a spoked wheel (40/60/100) actually exists? If not, and recommendations for a heavy duty tube application to avoid a blowout?
Thanks

My front wheel is a 21x3.5 40-spoke from Black Bike Wheels, and I don't run a tube.

I like spokes but with a tubeless application. American Wire Wheel or RideWright. Make sure you hunt for "sealed" wire wheels. All the good deals on Ebay aren't sealed type.
