Wider tire for 04 Ultra

I would like to be able to run a wider tire than the current Venom-X 140/90/16 I am running. I was wondering if anyone has installed a 180 and if so what kit or what modifications were used/required? I have also seen others running 150 or 160 on Ultra but there was no way for me to fit this tire size. What modificatins are required to run 150 or 160 on older Ultra?
