Brakes?

Where can i find a socket to fit my brake calipers on my 01 deuce? I need to change my pads but I want to try it myself.

I use a 12 point socket to remove the brake calipers on my 2001 RK. Don't recall the size, but it was nothing you can't get at Sears or similiar store.

I just put new pads on the front of mine and used a 12 point 1/4" for the pad pins. I think the pins are actually metric(10mm like petrock mentioned?) because the 1/4" is ever so slightly loose but works fine none the less.

It took me 1/2 hour to change all four front pads and all I needed was the one socket for the pins and four new pads.

12pt 1/4" for the pad pins <--- This one can be hard to find in a 12pt, try Sears if needed
12pt 10mm for the caliper bolts.
