Talking Wild Pig Pipes Are Here!

Hi Gang!
I just wanted to let all of you know we have the WILD PIG PIPES in stock!
Check out our web site! I put these on my 2004 Ultra Classic this week and they are the BEST SOUNDING pipes I've ever run! I've run V&H, Sampsons, D&D, and others. I don't make a killing on these pipes( I make 10% on a set) but thats okay! You will love these things! They come with the 1 3/4 inch baffles, and work great on BONE STOCK injected bikes!
Check out the the pipes at www.kruzerproducts.com and get that great sound for your BAGGER!
Thanks!
Dale Goodwin

Wild Pig Update....

For those interested, I thought I'd give some personal feedback on the PIGS.
I've got about 500 miles on the SlashDowns now. The are getting better with every mile. These pipes seem to season after 100-200 miles and start sounding deeper and better with each additional mile!

Hi Dale. I purchased mine from someone else before I saw this forum. Sorry about that. I believe in supporting those that support us. Next time you get my business.

Was curious if you noticed a high pitched chirping ... sort of like a VW at some RPMs? If so does that go away? I love the sound even with that but it would be nice if that was one of the things that attenuated as they age.

I do like these pipes and was just talking to my dyno guy. He says these are his favorite and sometimes he recommends them to his customers, even though the dealership does not sell them. That's about as good an endorsement as it gets.

I get the chirping sound too but the pipes sound great. I installed them (and the SE Air Filter and PC III USB) over the winter and finally got the bike out for the first time today. It was a very long winter. The changes to the bike were well worth the cost...I'm a happy man.

Spray a little silicone spray on the rubber exhaust mounts and see if the chirp goes away. don't ask me how long I looked for that chirp on my 98 Ultra!

A few things fixed "chirping" my issue:

1) Bad/loose hanger bushing. About a $2 part from H-D fixed that up.
2) Time ... as time went on these mellowed greatly.
3) The split on the pipe where they clam on was not cut deep enough. I took out the Dremel and viola'! Much tighter connection.

Great exhaust, excellent price, it's hard to beat Wild Pigs!

Do you carry the wild pigs that are not factory seconds and do they come in any other style other than straight cut and slash down?

You shouldn't have to remap your 04. I've got the PIGS on my bone stock 04 Ultra Classic with no problems, and I put a set on a 06 Classic last week that worked perfectly.
You will like the sound of the PIGS. I can still hear the stereo on my Ultra with them.

Is there a way to post what they sound like? I am having a devil of a time deciding which way to turn and spend my money...Went for a ride with my
11 year old on New Years Eve and I quote

"Gee Dad this bike is so quiet compared to the other one"

Granted I LOVE my new 06 but need it to sound a lot meaner....

Ok the questions is are these a set of pipes or a pair of slip on mufflers..
I run a true two in to two set up and am looking for a better sounding set of pipes.
Thanx

They are slip-on mufflers for touring models.
