Thumbs up BigBoyz feedback

Quick feedback on a deal I had with BigBoyz. I had a set of new take off heads shipped to Bean for porting and when they arrived here in Vienna one head was badly damaged beyond repair. After a brief conversation with Bean he offered me to ship a replacement asap. As this was a new 2008 head I thought that could take a while, but within less than 10 days the like new head arrived. Bean carried all cost including the shipping costs of the damaged head back to Maine.
I am impressed with the no questions asked response and his resolution to get things right for a customer. In the meantime we shipped him several other parts for service and will continue to do so in the future.

Many thanks from Vienna

Another great reason to deal with our sponsors, they will get it right, they have to. Being here in the first place makes them the kind that are ethical, and will asure that they are.

Thanks for the good work!

I called BigBoyz the other day to ask some questions and I got to tell you that the person I spoke to was great...
We discussed a lot of different parameters for two bikes in the current state of building that I have in my garage and he didnt try to sell me a whole lot of the "you need bigger for more HP" stuff..

As soon as I finish with the powder coating of my heads I am going to ship them out to them ASAP...
of course when you are good you have a 3 week turn around time... but alas the quality is always worth waiting for..

Bean is a stand up guy. I talked with him briefly today about a build that I'm doing. He explained alot of new things to me that I didn't understand before. As soon as I get mine torn down, my heads are definitely going his way.
