Great Customer Experience!

So, instead of making this another thread about which rear stabilizer is better than another, I want to take a different angle...

After reading many, many posts, I decided to go with the Bagger Brace. So, I called a little over a week and a half ago and had the great fortune to speak with Stacy. As she was getting my info, so informed me that they were running a bit behind in production and it would take about 10 days for the next batch to come in. She asked if that would cause a problem, and I said that I was hoping to have it for my next trip, but I completely understood if it did not get here in time. She said that she would make a note, and that she was expecting the units to be ready on Tuesday, October 7th. She asked when I was leaving on my trip, and I said early on the 9th.

Fast forward a week, and I called yesterday to inquire whether the units had come back from production. She said that they did, and that she was sending mine out that day -- express overnight!

I came home today to find the unit here, as well as a voicemail from Stacy to see if it had arrived.

Talk about customer service. Not only did she remember my order, but she followed through to the very end.

I installed the unit this afternoon, and will leave tomorrow on a 3 day, 1500+ mile trip.

I will be sure to post my feedback on the unit itself.

Phoenix Customs is a business that truly places service ahead of their product, making the customer the focal point. They have earned my business, and I hope that you give them consideration if you are in the market for a rear stabilizer.
