Obviously these sort of things vary according to territory. Rather than quizzing a bunch of internet junkies you should conduct your own local study as follows:
First, make a list of all the Biker Clubs you can find that are active in your area.
After you have compiled your list you will need to start your test.
Go into a bar, find the biggest meanest guy there and tell him that you are a member of "Biker Club A" and he better perform oral sex on you or he will face the consequences from "Biker Club A". If you get your ass kicked, you'll know "Biker Club A" is not considered the most dangerous gang in that area.
After you recover, go to another bar and do this again but this time tell them you are member of "Biker Club B".
This is going to be kind of a trial-and-error thing so you'll need to keep doing this until one day when you do not get your ass kicked but the guy will immediately fall to the floor quivering and crying and trying to do you. When that happens, you'll have your answer.
