So far no problems with regards to EPA stuff. All the bikes are EFI. They still sell their own pipes and do their own downloads.

I think that the more vehicles you sell, the stricter the EPA is. at one time, low output manufacturers were exempt.

man4mopar is on a distinguished road
They are all EFI open loop. They have also had Catalytic converters. Same EPA requirements to meet as Harley,Honda,Yamaha etc. Fact Harley is going about it better with the closed loop system, elementing cats on a few bikes in there line. 2010 Im sure they will all need Catalytics anyway.

Victory did a bit of testing at Bill Ruckers Texas Enviromental lab, he is set up for CARB, DOT etc,,, www.tetemissions.com
