That wasn't a slam on Victory's association with Polaris was it?

I don't think it was a slam as much as a fact? I know that Santa Rosa Vee Twin took on the Polaris line to offset the slow motorcycle sales they are expereincing. According to Preston the GM of SRVT he said the off road products are doing very well.

We have one dealer closing any day now and another that has dropped the Victory line in Northern California.

The local dealer here, Cycle Nation, sells Victory, Honda, Yahama, Kawasaki and Suzuki. They sell Skidoo and Polaris 4 wheelers too. Hunting season has fired up and they stay busy all year.

Last time I was in there they a bunch of new Victory bikes and the same 2 used Victory bikes they have had all summer. I asked how business was and the salesman said motorcycle sales were slow.

Actually the new Polaris urban vehicle...golf cart...electric street legal thingy is straight up kickin'. It will be WORLD CLASS just like ALL of the products that Polaris, the all american company makes.

Here in southeastern MO the local Victory dealer also sells KAW, Suz and Yam in addition to several brands of 4 wheelers (mostly hunting variety). His business in 4 wheelers keeps him afloat and Asian metric sales are ok. Sitting on the floor are several 07 and 08 Victory bikes marked way, way down and not moving. He did sell the Visions he was allocated though.
