How good is the Vision Seat?

Any lronButt runners on a Vision? Wondering how the seat was for a 12 or 14 hr ride?
I see Utopia makes a backrest for the vision.

I haven't test ridden, but sitting in the showroom the seat felt too firm.

I did test ride the vision last year at americade, I have to say I did not like the handling and the ride compared to my ultra, however the seat was very comfortable and I really liked the very large foot boards with lots of room to move foot positioning.

I did read that low speed handling doesn't come close to the HD's, but at higher speeds the VV has the edge. I've spent hundreds of Dollars trying to make the HD fit my 6'4" frame and my wife who is 6'1", but we still feel cramped. Sitting on the VV at the bike show, I was impressed with the leg room and the open feel. Although both my wife and I found the seat very firm

On a side note, I wish I had known about TechnCycle gear last year before I spend $$ on the HD insulated waterproof gloves. I had been looking for a waterproof non insulated. Is this your store? I was looking at the gauntlet gloves, when you click on enlarge, the photo in the pop up in only slightly larger than the original.

Yes the VV did not handle at all at low speeds very combursum, with my bagger brace on my Ultra i would put it up against the bagger brace at any speed.

Yes it is my store and thank you wil will fix the image if you are interested you can go to Huggerglove.com until I get my image fixed. The 20% off is till tomorrow only then they will go to 10% for the month of jan as one of my Jan specials. They are really great gloves and trully waterproof, you can run your hand under a facuit for as long as you want and when your remove it the water runs right off. They will never dry out or crack. I do provide 100% satifaction so if you are not happy I will refund your money in 14 days all I ask is you pay for return shipping.

The first thing I changed on my RK was the seat and changed to a Mustang. Always thought HD stock touring seats kind of sucked. I like the Vision seat and don't think it's too soft or hard. Also if you're a taller rider Victory now has more forward handlebars for you. One of the strangest feelings when first getting on the Vision was the illusion of having so much room and the gauges being so far away. Very comfortable bike for me.

I will definitely test ride one this year, but I don't think it will be in the budget, mother needs a new car. A happy life is a happy wife........LOL
