Dave Price who was the previous owner of VTF did not cancel some of the premium memberships subscriptions to his paypal account after we took over the day-to-day operations of the site. A small number of you may be affected by this where payments are being made to an incorrect paypal account.

To verify if your setup is correct:

a) login in to your paypal account
b) ensure your payments are being send to payments@verticalscope.com and NOT admin@v-twinforum.com

If it is going to payments@verticalscope.com you are fine.

Otherwise:

c) you should cancel the subscription going to admin@v-twinforum.com or possibly the address could be donations@v-twinforum.com
d) and if you choose, you can dispute the charge via your paypal account. This is especially important if you have recently noticed being double billed; once by us and incorrectly by admin@v-twinforum.com or possibly donations@v-twinforum.com.
