trade and how much question

I am wanting to work out a trade sell type of thing and I don't know how much.
I have auxiliary lighting kit on my fatboy and I don't want it on there anymore, it was on the bike when I purchased it used. Now he comes the trading part. I want a new piece that has not been drilled. Which will work out great for the person buying it they don't have to. How much is it worth. here are the pics. I hope this is clear and I'm saying it right.

I would say that if you don't want it and you can get someone to come to you and do all the work, replacing the part you need, it would be a wash. He would get what he wants and you would get what you want.
I really like my light bar on my road king, I wouldn't trade it.

I'll try craigslist thanks for the idea. I don't know why I didn't think about that, I did buy the bike from there and sold my truck, tv tv stand ps2 and other stuff.
