Got thinking friday afternoon while I had the afternoon off from work that if the weather cleared here in Michigan that it would be a good ride night. Well,, left Jackson michigan about 7pm and about 9:15 we were in Ft Wayne Indiana at the kids house all by back roads and 411 miles on the new glide. We got up saturday rode the back way to anderson indiana and checked into our room and later went to the race track for what they call the little 500. Got up sunday with 515 miles on the clock pulled onto the eway and headed home. Got fried from the sun but I smiled all the way home. Was very nice and comfortable too.
The wife just loves it. Its all cleaned up and ready for a ride later if we have time. Oh ya 181 miles on the first tank 171 on the second, that one was eway running. I checked the plugs after i got home and im thinking about going ahead and putting the modded mufflers back on cause they dont look any different than before (they looked used now)i but i changed just to be sure.
