Malpaso is an unknown quantity at this point
Adding insult to injury

Got home tonight and my new Mustang seat was sitting on the doorstep. Now this would be great if the bike wasn't in the shop waiting to get fixed from the crash. So I sat on it for a while, and I'll tell you what, it's nothing like on a bike.

While I'm bitching, I'm getting the royal runaround form the insurance company. I think that they figured out that since they cover both drivers, and I don't have collision, they'll say they can't pin liability on the other driver so they don't have to pay. I'm real close to just calling the shop and telling them to fix it and I'll pay out of pocket just to get riding again and deal with the insurance thieves later.

I'm not a happy camper at the moment.

Unome is on a distinguished road
Feel for you. I'm dealing with similar situation except there is no 2nd driver(because of hit & run). Good luck!
