Transferring an Extended Warranty

Does anyone know how easy it is to transfer an Extended Service Plan on a Harley?

I'm looking to buy a 2009 Harley 883 Iron, and the guy just bought it in March (2nd Owner) and got a 5 year warranty.

I go look at the bike tomorrow and wanted to be up on the process beforehand.

Right now, I'm making assumptions, until I talk to him again, that he bought this bike from a dealer (hence, the warranty). I say this because his words were, "I bought a 5 year extended warranty."

There's a one-piece form you download from the warranty company. FIll it out, fax it back, and you're done.

The seller/owner needs to call the warranty company to transfer.

This is what I had to do when we sold my wife's Sportster that had an ESP.
