Anyone ever see these footpegs

I have the following passenger foot pegs on my scoot. I am looking for a matching set for the driver pegs. I have search hi and lo and have not found a match. Thought i would ask all of you.

As scarey as they look my first thought was Impaler but couldn't find one like it. What are they on? I noticed for Harley some brands were bike specific such as Dyna or Sportster.

They look like custom made one off pieces. Your best bet is to find a machinest to make you a set.
