Another broken bone, "down" for a little bit
A VERY little bit...
Me being a clumsy oaf, while changing my lawn tractor to a snow blower, I dropped a wheel weight on my finger. Cracked the tip (distal phalanx bone). No big deal, weather permitting I expect to be back on two in a week or so (albeit it is snowing today).
The worse of it is that they had to cut my wedding ring off to increase circulation

Good thing it happened after the jets game as I tend to clap for good plays, there was a lot of clapping that game

Very sorry to hear about your finger and your wedding ring. Hope you heal up fast and can get the ring put back together.

Darn those blood blisters or injuries on the ends of the fingers hurt like hell. Lucky I still have em all after being a splicer all those years. Hope your feeling better soon. On the brighter side Carhart is announcing a line of black clothing and it's "Imported From Detroit"! It was just on the news. Should match your finger tomorrow. Ouch. Anybody gives ya a hard time, give em the "finger'. Ouch. BTW they can probably fix your ring.

I had no idea an ounce of lead was that dangerous.
Seriously, I'm glad it was relatively minor.
