I could be wrong but i think there is a market for this bike. The GW is a well proven platform. A lot of older Harley touring guys have switched back and forth between these machines. You really can't beat a GW as far as comfort for a long haul. Now to have a GW that really looks cool...I think they will sell a lot of these.

The Goldwings prior to this were way too bulky for my taste. I think this new one is pretty sharp looking and priced well too. Might have to stop by the local dealer this spring and check one out.

Not bad. I'd like to see it in person. I agree I think I'd buy this over the Victory. Harley still has the styling thing down but I've kinda been a fan of the Valk and this one is pretty cool too. The wing engine is so incredibly powerful if you like high powered sewing machines. Luckily they're reliable because I hear working on them is no fun.

I like it, but did I miss the part that says it comes with ABS and cruise control? If it doesn't, that's a deal breaker on a $21k motorcycle.

It appears to be in the same price range though. What happened to getting more bang for your buck by going metric?

Am I the only one who thinks it looks like a cross between a BMW K1600 and a jet-ski? Maybe the photos don't do it justice...
I'll bet it's another reliable Honda product, though...

Papa's got troubles. And so does Papa.
Good catch, man. You made my day ('til the grandkids get here, anyway).

Seems kind of pointless to me to eliminate the two most useful on a Goldwing for styling points. Not to mention the lack of a center stand and self canceling signals. I think a blacked out full up GW would have been a more attractive option.
