Member needs a little help
Does anyone recognizes the make and model of the passenger seat/backrest and the luggage rack on this Police Harley? If so, please let me know where I can order these items? Thanks in advance to everyone who responds.

Not sure on the passenger seat. But the backrest is part of the luggage rack kit. I have the same one on my FLHT. It is an HD accessory.

The seats look like they are Mustang. Not sure about the backrest.

I wasn't entirely correct - it is actually 2 HD parts. The luggage rack is P/N 53341-97A which I beleive also includes the backrest upright. If you look up that part on the HD website, it will list the backrest pads that work with the luggage rack.

As far as the seat goes, did you take it off and look at the bottom? there's often make and model number on them.
The back-rest and luggage rack look like stock harley. Not sure why you are looking to replace, I would consider getting the detachable kind.

I don't have this set up on my bike. Found this picture and liked the way it looked. Thanks for suggestions.

Yes on the Mustang seat.
You can remove the cop luggage rack, get a license plate bracket that bolts in the same place, a quick-disconnect backrest and luggage rack mounts, and of course the back rest and luggage rack, all from the Harley catalog. I will look a little different than the pic, but won't look stacked up on like the one in the picture does.
If you get a place for her rump, don't forget to get places for her feet also. Those are easy to install.

The seat is definately a Mustang. If you get one be careful which one you buy. They changed the design slightly in 2009 when the seat pan changed. Older model passenger seat pads won't fit the newer 2009-2012 bikes without cutting the seat pan.
