Modified Harley contestant now what?

I have built my dream bike and now I have it entered in the International Motorcycle Show in San Mateo Ca. Can anyone tell me what happens now? What do I need to do? Any help for prep for the show would be appreciated. I am new to the show seen. I have gone to the show every year since I can remember, but I do not know what is need to show a bike beside cleaning it.

check with the promoter, some shows you need to supply carpet for underneath the bike, some supply that and stanchions, Doing a sign to sit next to the bike is good too. this was on set up day GNRS 09.
