Check the tensioners for 99-06, crank shaft bearing on 03-06.
plenty of fixes for the tensioners, either upgrade to the hydraulic cam plate or swap to a gear drive (if crank runout is in spec).
CSB's, fix is to have the 2002 and earlier timken bearings installed.
solid motor otherwise.
