I noticed my side stand dragging in the turns, it didn't do that when I bought it (07 1200 sportster), I got a new retaining clip and 2 bronze bushings from Harley and it fixed the problem, It was easy to install the spring too, just drop the pin, install the spring, reinstall the pin through the new bushings and install new retainer.

Stuff drangs on Harleys - just don't go over to far and catch it. Also, try bumping up the air a little bit in the rear shocks.

Check the kick bar(the piece that sticks out so you can push it down with your foot) on the jiffy stand. Some a hole stepped on mine and i never noticed. I bent it back to the proper angel and now its not an issue. My floor boards hit before the stand.
