Something for posers

I keep hearing all you new FASHION QUEENS worrying about your cloths and saying you have to ride a Harley to be a real biker. All of you so called bikers are just a bunch of scrub, posers and rub a dub whatevers. You idiots don't have a clue what makes a biker. You need to spend some time with some real bikers so you will finally see I'm telling it just the way it is.

I grew up in the later 60's and 70's. Bikers were anyone who enjoyed riding. We had a small bunch of us who rode Harleys and we also had a few Nortons, Triumps, BSA's, Honda's Kaw's and a few most of you wouldn't even remember. What made a biker was a person who loved his bike and built it the way he wanted. He didn't give a s--t what he wore or what someone else thought. He hung out with others who enjoyed riding and going to biker events or just cruising with a bunch of others going no where fast. You guys are so worried about what you should or shouldn't do or wear or ride. You make me sick. You sound like a bunch of cager posers wanting to look and act like something you are not. Get your head out of what you sit on and open your eyes.

A REAL BIKER built what he rode and he rode what he could get. Sure Harley was the bike of America but most couldn't get their hands on one so they went with what they had. Some of the best looking Bobbers, Choppers, and Cruisers didn't have a Harley engine but they rode them with pride. So the next time you p*^^y's start talking about rubs, poser and rub a dub whatevers, look in a mirror and see the biggest one to ever hit the black top on two wheels. Quit being a bunch of gossiping b-t-hes and build what you ride if you want to have a clue what a real biker is. And you fashion queens don't deserve to dress like a pirate, get something pink. That color should look good on you.

BUILD IT YOURSELF OR THE B!#@H WILL NEVER TRUELY BE YOURS

Oh yeah, And you're ugly!

Seriously, this thread will be locked faster than you can say Sarah Palin..

The days of the old bikers drinking and pillaging are long over. Make room for the new guys, who like to wear nice shirts, not break many laws, and ride... Now, if you just dress th epart and clean your bike all the time and ride maybe 1k a year, that's a poser!

Damn it! I'm not a real biker? After I spent all that money on Harley tee shirts? Man, my ol' lady is gonna be pissed. She thought she married a REAL BIKER. What if I sew a real big Harley patch on the back of my jacket. Will that do it?

Did someone leave the garage door shut with the bike running again? These threads give me a chuckle. I put my first bike together and rode the wheels off it, usually in as little gear as possible. I now bought the bike I ride, and ride the bike I bought. Wear gear, nothing with a MoCo logo on it, not paying the prices unless it is something that will greatly benifit me. I guess the great thing is that I do not care what anyone thinks of me, so I ride and enjoy myself, I ride alone also, if I wanted to talk to someone or be with someone, I would take my car.

This horse has been so dead for so long . . . There's always a FNG to resurrect something that is meaningless and irrelevant.

Come on man, we leave this up and this is the best you can do? Did you buy that merit badge or earn it?

I'm sure glad you cleared that up for us. I've been lurking around here for a while and now finally know what it means to be a true biker.
