I am haveing probling with my S and S starting when it is cold

Bike problems……
American Iron Horse Slammer
111 HP S and S Super Sidewinder motor
Will not start when cold
Starts perfect when it is warm
Will start cold with starting fluid
Battery is hot did load test
Starter is good had it checked out
Volts at the battery 14.3-----Volts at started when trying to start is 11.1
When cold it drags bad and will not turn over fast enough to start it
Replaced all the wires from battery to started, and battery to fram---- positive and negative with soldered ends
Cleaned all connections with emery cloth
Checked decompressions valve and are working
When cold, pull the spark plugs out ----it will turn over good, but put them back in the motor spend slow.
Jack shaft does need to be replaces
DID not do this before but spits and sputters a little until it get to operating temperature
I changed the oil and filter and put 20/50 amzoil in crank case
New oil in the primary amzoil
It acts like there is 90 weight gear oil in the crank case

I would get a new battery first, then if that doesn't do it,I would have tune checked!!!

Step your intermediate jet up a size or two.My 124" used to be the same way. When the temps drop into the 40's I stop trying all together.

Go to 20/40 weight oil. My Evo had the same problem. Going to 20/40 wt fixed it. I ran 40 from November thru March for 6 years with nary a problem
