Hippo, I imagine that there will be some stragglers still there at 8 p.m. I suggested the earlier hours (4-7) because I thought folks would like to get back to the fast life of the big casinos in town later in the evening. But I'll be there at 8. Stragglers are invited.

The way I understood it is that the meeting was going to be at 1900. If everyone is going to be there at 1600 that would work out fine, just would leave shortly before 1900.
This being a biker event, and knowing biker time, I thought I could inspire folks by offerring to buy! And I thought the hours would permit folks to drop by at their leisure and have a few brews before getting back to the excitement in town. 4-7, maybe 8. Friday night.
