Grips for 09 Touring rides!

Anyone have an update on grips for the 08-09 rides?

I'm not real thrilled with the ones that are being offered for the newer rides.

Anyone have any links to aftermarket grips for the TBW bikes?

I would even get Iso-Grips, since I liked em in the past, but I don't even think they work as of yet!

I want something comfortable, since it's a touring ride, nothing all chrome!

Fire away with some links, ideas!

I was just thumbing through the Kuryakyn 2008.5 catalog and saw the ISO grips do work with the 08's (and I'd imagine the '09s) with TBW. I really want new grips too, but I'm waiting for a better black selection.

The only ones I'm even considering in the MoCo catalog are the ones on 571, item F, them black and chrome ones. I have to get my paws on em, to make sure they feel comfortable.

If not, the Iso Grips will be it. I don't have the new Kury Catalog, I guess I need one!

Eh - wait for the 2009. Not much in there for the '09's. However, they do have a chrome Throttle Servo motor cover. I may be interested in that one.

I should be able to pick one up over the winter. There are a couple of shows in the area over the winter here, and usually they end up handing out catalogs!

Yep, i have kuryakyn iso grips; make sure you specify the ones for '08 harleys. Obviously the ones intended for a throttle cable won't work.

They don't list any prices on the website, but I do like the grips!

Any idea what the pricing is?

If not, I'll have to E-mail em!

Got it. For some reason, the area showed up blank.

I moused over it with the left button down and could read it. It showed up all white in that field.

Some items did have the prices without issues, like the floorboards.

The ones I like at 150.00. I would have to see them in person to spend that for grips, but I may wait to buy anything until I get the chance.

I would prefer to have some things on this bike not found in the MoCo catalong!

Thanks!

According to the guy I spoke to at PM, they Do Not have grips for the TBW bikes. Other than the MoCo I think Teryaki (Kuryakyn to you) is the only other one. I put the 56459-08 Contour Chrome and Black on my 09 Street Glide, had em on my 06 SG also. Love em.

Man,the manufacturers are very slow when it comes to updating products for new bikes!!!Geesh!!!! You have to ride around on a new bike bone stock for at least 6 months to a year before any new parts are available!!!!!
