That is a very cool thing you do with this every year. Great opportunity for some lucky people. Wish I could go but financially unattainable....

This is a great opportunity that Bean and George are offering. You get to see all the new goodies coming out and talk to key people in the bussiness!

Update .....

We have to regretfully back out at this time. It is a last minute decision due to some last minute circumstances.

I had an accident at work and was hurt. Both arms, a knee and worst of all, my back was injured. The arms and knee are sore but I am still in quite a bit of pain due to the back injury. My back hurts most when driving/sitting in a car. Faced with a 20 hour drive to and from Cincinnati, even with the pain meds, I know I can't make it.

When I told Bean tonight he was a little relieved because he was having a hard time justifying leaving the shop with so many heads waiting to be ported. He decided it was for the best for both of us at this time.

There is always next year ... Sorry Guys

Man that's terrible Springer. I hope you recover 100%, back injuries can change your life, they make you think about "what if" things. Can we ask what happened?

And your right, there is always next year for the Expo.

I was carrying a large box out to the trash and it blocked my view of where I was going. There is a concrete step in an odd place and I forgot about it. I walked into it and fell forward. I landed on the side of the box, then on the step. The obvious stuff, like the skinned knee, bruised arm and cut arm wasn't so bad when it happened. As the day went on the pain in my back just kept building until it was hard to walk.

The doc said it seems to be muscular damage and not bone or disc related. According to the doc this is a good thing. I hope this is only a temporary set back.
