I'm not a big fan of the Harley Zone..but..their use of photo graphics are the best in the website business. You can click on a posters avatar..and view their personal collection of bike photos and make comments to them. There is nothing better than seeing photos of bikes and being able to post comments to them and ask questions. VTF should consider implementing such best practices.

Thanks Springer for helping me reclaim access to VTF after the update.

It's all Good...

I may have been a bit generous on my initial post. I posted before driving. I agree..the site seems to have become WAY SLOW since the "upgrade"...

Can you PM me with some more detailed info on any performance issues you are having? Any detail you can provide is a huge help.

I find the "Click here to get premium" that flashes up on every page-load a true distraction and completely unnecessary. If you're hurting for premium membership, offer more incentives or something.

Thumbs down upgrade is now too slow

Before the "upgrade' this site was easy and relatively quick to use (on a dial-up connection). Now it has become ridiculously slow to load, it takes a long time just to load the forum page, and is equally slow to load every topic I select. It use to be a pleasure to use this site, and I was a frequent visitor. I now find myself so frustrated with the slowness as the endless adds are loaded before the topic appears and that it now takes several minutes for every selection. It is next to impossible to efficiently use this site and unfortunately I now find myself an infrequent visitor. I do not find this "upgrade" workable.

I'm sorry to hear you are having issues. We are continuing to optimize the performance of the site to meet the needs of the majority of our members. If you wish, please PM me with details of your PC config and dial up ISP etc.
