Kevin Turner at www.KTCycle.com. I suspect he has been doin' it for over 25 years.
He has run fuelies to sporties at the strip. Recently sponsored John Brudzinski's (sp) championship bike and tuned it. I think he built it too, but I am unsure.
I see that www.RevPerf.com has a link to Kevin's website on RevPerf's site.
He did my machine work, timken crank setup and valve train geometry. Great on carbs, great on power commanders, great on DFOs, fair on DTT WEGO systems.
Good man and honest mechanic. If you ever get his attention, he will talk your ear off.

I'll second that , Mike's been doing my work since long before he was bought out by Latus.
They don't come any sharper IMO..
Check out some of the dyno comparisons....

I second Hippo's recommendation for Nick. He's a great guy and did an equally great job tuning my bike.

Tuners
Burrell Power Sports in Bloomington Illinois, They have done a lot of Harley's, Metric cruisers, & Sportbikes, The shop has a Dynojet 250 Dyno. They install & tune Power Commanders, using the dynojet tuning link, also using the dyno to fine tune carbs.
Chad is the owner & Tim does the Harley work. they have an excellent reputation around central Il. http://www.v-twinforum.com/forums/im...thankssign.gif

Flaming Pig Roch. NY. On Winton Rd. Paul is the owner and wrench. Gene does the ordering and phone answering. Paul did my build, $1800-bored barrels, KB flat tops/wrings, cosmetic gasket, S&S510c with new chain, tensioner and pads, and Big Boyz did my heads. Includes labor! Paul has been wrenching since 72, and has a tech degree from Alfred State. Not that that matters. keepem sharp
