In post #7 you mention the TW6, which cam is it? the 5 or the 6?

I think you would benefit reading this past thread on how cams work and what all the numbers mean.

If you are saying you already have the SE Pro heads at 76cc chamber size and the TW5 cam, that combination with the flat tops would give you high cylinder pressure due to the early intake close. This combination will be very prone to pinging.

If you want to stay with the SE heads, you would be better off with a much later closing intake to help bleed off some of the compression. You might be able to get the TW8 to work but someone will have to check valve clearances.

Something I mentioned earlier is using your stock heads and having those modified to work with either the TW5 or 6, whichever one you have.

Sell those SE heads and use the $$ to have your heads ported and set up for the right cc's that you need to achieve the compression ratio desired. Use flat tops with the tw6 and have your head guy set your heads for 10.1 CR and you'll be a very happy camper. Don't forget the 1.9 intake.
You don't seem to be grasping how the combustion chamber volume affects the compression ratio. Try this calculator, it may help you grasp it better http://www.bigboyzcycles.com/TwinCamComp.htm
