To be able to load the other system onto as my race tuner is loaded onto my ecm . If you did not know you cannot transfer the tuner from one ot another ECM. My tuner is no good with out my ecm.

No, I didn't know that. How involved is that? I'm at work so I can't consult my manual. I'm guessing it's just a module that just gets unplugged and swapped? Would this have any effect on my warranty?

The RT is a Race Only component...so installation on your bike would void your powertrain warranty according to HD. Once the RT has been married to the ECM, HD can forever and always tell that the RT was used with that ECM.

First, and foremost, I'm not gonna do anything to screw up my warranty. It expires at the end of next April. After that time, I'll do it.

HD CAN BLOW ME!!! The warranty sucks any ways, Can you tell I am a bit bitter. All that think that they have a factory installed 1550 and and A/C and are still under warranty are wrong. What happens is when the dealer call's it it they tell them that the bike is bone stock if the dealer does not want to play ball...... Lets say you are out of town you have a cam tensioner failure they see you have SE204 cams an a 1550 they can tell you to walk or pay but they do not have to cover it. Also since the onset of the new system that HD is using they can also tell what flash you have in your system as well, not only the dealer but HD itself. When the digital tech has to be updated and a new codes entered they can down load all info. So they can get you there as well. Kinda like invasion of privacey..

Contact HD customer service to ask about this and installing the race tuner did not void mine, when I had a failure with the tuner , I called HD and they where happy to cover it, so .. not sure where you got that info but it is wrong.

It is a funny thing some dealers will help you others wil not but if the dealer gets caught well then they have to pay for it.

Trying a new system ... It is not for sale yet and that is about all I can tell you. I am using the current tuner with out any problems. New stroker motor going together now 107 to 117 and I am looking to break 145HP and 150 TQ thats the goal.
