04ctd is on a distinguished road
Fits '97-later Touring models (except FLHRSE3/4). Does not lower FLHRS or FLHX models.

dunno

The kit maintains the air adjustability feature of the stock shocks.
this means that you can adjust preload/damping by air, but NOT the ride height.
