install after market turn signal / load equalizer

I bought a new billet turn signal for my VROD. I stalled at th rear, but I have this cable called " Load equalizer ", it help the flash speed stable. At the monet is flashing very fast. So anyone know where should I installl this Load equalizer ? it have three cables, one for the ground or battery box, other 2 must join with the rear light cables. please let me know if you know, thank you so much.
