SE Race Tuner & Rineharts.....

Hey all,
my Buddy has an 03' 100th Anniv. V-Rod. He likes it alot, and wants to know and learn more about it.
He had some Rinehart pipes put on couple months back and loves the sound. The dealer did the work and soaked him. They put the pipes together and installed them on the bike. They re- mapped it and also told him he needed the "Race Tuner Kit" with Stage 1 and Dyno time to tune it.
Question is, how can we check the ECM to make sure it is ok cause he has a hesitation on the low end before & sometimes after 3k RPM. Thinking maybe it's running lean. Can we use the Race Tuner Kit to get diagnoses??
Anyone here used one before that can help us out, the manual is a bit vague for some info.
Thanks,
Venom

they should have supplied an A/F Ratio with the Dyno tune that shows if it's Rick/Lean or 12.8=PERFECT!

He did get a Dyno slip so I'll check it and re-post.

However, thhe bike was running fine up until now. It seems to have developed this problem over the last week, and the pipes have been on for 4-6weeks already. The slip from then wouldn't mean anything without a new reading to compare to right?

Could Be Fuel Flange? Need to check it on a DYNO WITH A LOADER TO BE SURE!
