First check to make sure there is coolant filled to the proper level in the overflow tank. Also check the system itself. If you have the proper fluid level. Start the bike and let it idle and see if the fans are coming on. Or take it for a good beat run to get the motor hot.
You either have low coolant or the fans are not coming on. Let us know what you find.
